Our residential buildings surround our shared courtyard and face our shared common house. Our townhomes are our own private spaces with private backyards. We get the benefit of privacy and community all in one.
Residential Buildings
Our three residential buildings house our eleven individually-owned private townhomes.
Private Townhomes
Most of our townhomes are two bedroom, two full bath units. All have complete kitchens and dining areas, as well as a generous second floor balcony facing the community.
Private Backyards
Each home has its own fenced backyard. Yards face away from the common space to offer an extra sense of privacy and space. Yards vary in size, but all have enough space for a private patio.
